Rimuovere la radio

Turn on the ignition so the radio shows "CODE". For 2004 and newer radios (6000 CD, Sony, 4500 RDS): hold buttons 1 and 6 simultaneously for approx. 3 seconds — the V-code will scroll across the display (e.g. V136429). For older models before 2004: use buttons 2+6 for the M-code (e.g. M123456).

Note the V- or M-code

Write down the full code: letter V or M followed by 6 digits. Cannot retrieve it via the display (e.g. Ford 4000 RDS or older)? Remove the radio using four semi-round Ford extraction pins (PC5-132) and read the code from the label on the side or bottom.
